Best practices for all participants

It is critical for users to allow permissions on both desktop and mobile devices to establish a connection.

  1. On desktop, please check and ensure you are using the most up-to-date version of Google Chrome
  2. Clear your web browser cache for All time (recommended - as some settings default to last hour)
  3. In Chrome settings, please allow site permissions for camera, mic, and location

  4. Additionally, please also recommend that any mobile participants take the following steps prior to joining the live call: Live Calling (for Mobile)
    1. Check to ensure they are using the latest version of the Talonview mobile app. We recommend a quick delete and reinstall to ensure the application is up to date and to clear any app cache
    2. Allow all Talonview app permissions (camera, mic, and location) on mobile device
