To share your screen with other participants, please first Start a Live Call

If you encounter any errors, please check and ensure you are using the most up-to-date version of Google Chrome and have allowed Talonview permissions (camera, mic, location, screen sharing) in Chrome settings.


You can share your screen from two places in a session, depending on which item(s) you may be viewing or your 

personal preference. Please jump to either section and continue to the shared steps in the last section.

In the participants' window, please locate your profile and the screen share button in the bottom right corner:

When you are viewing another participants feed, you will see the option to share your screen in the toolbar:




Once you have located the screen share button, please click to proceed. A window will launch for you to select which screen or window you would like to share, please choose your preference and confirm by clicking Share.


You will see that your profile is now sharing your screen and also visible to the other participants on the call. 


You can stop sharing your screen by clicking the screen share button once more. When stopped, your camera will be enabled. You can keep your camera on or turn off by clicking the camera button here as well.
