You may have created a test form or created a form that you no longer need. Forms can be deleted if they have not been attached to a session. Unfortunately, forms cannot be deleted once they have been attached to a session. The reason for this is because a form may be attached to 100+ sessions, therefore removing it would cause issues with all of those sessions that the form has been attached to. However, there are other alternative methods. What you can do is unpublish the form so that no other users will be able to access it from the Forms page or attach to any session moving forward.
