Talonview Teach is a premium feature that allows for you to add descriptions, videos, or photo examples to a form question to serve as training aids or examples of expectations required by the checklist.
Step 1: Create a new form OR make a copy of an existing form that you wish to add Talonview Teach.
Step 2: Once you have added or selected a form question, click the tool icon to open the item properties (circled in yellow below)
Step 3: In properties, click to enable the Add Info button:
Step 4: Click Add file to provide a sample photo or video from your desktop. You can also click into the description text box to enter any additional information:
Step 5: Once completed, click the Save button to save your form.
