How to Use Forms on the TalonView Mobile App

This guide walks users through completing form checklists in the TalonView Mobile App, highlighting two exciting new updates:
1. The ability to resubmit the same answer with another page
 2. The option to view image galleries in New-to-Old or Old-to-New order.

Step 1: Access the Form

1. Open the TalonView Mobile App.
2. Navigate to the Session where your form is located.
 3. Tap on the Form to open the checklist view.

Step 2: Complete the Checklist

1. Each form question will appear with its corresponding options or input fields.
2. Tap each question to enter responses, check items, or add photos as required.
 3. Save your progress as you go — changes are auto-synced when online.

Step 3: New Feature – Resubmit Answer

You can now resubmit the same answer with another page

To add:
1. Tap the “+ Add Page” icon beside the question.
2. Select or capture additional pages.
3. Review thumbnails to ensure all pages are correctly added. And click on Update Button

Step 4: New Feature – Sort the Image Gallery

You can now control how your gallery displays images.

To sort images:
1. Open the Gallery View for any question or attachment.
2. Tap the Sort Icon (↕).
3. Choose between:
- Newest to Oldest (default), or
- Oldest to Newest.

 This helps users quickly locate recent uploads or review image progression.

Step 5: Submit and Review

1. Once all checklist items are complete, tap Submit or Mark as Complete.
2. Review your responses and confirm that all required attachments are added.
 3. The session will automatically sync to the cloud.
