Talonview® is a collaboration tool with both desktop and mobile interfaces, allowing live video streaming, two-way communication, HD video recording, geotagged high-resolution photos, multiple session participants, and remote device control on any iOS and Android device from anywhere in the world.

| Terms | Description |
| Tenant | A tenant refers to a web location that you and your team are using to access sites within the Talon platform. |
| Session | A session refers to the environment that stores any progress and completion of a project, also allowing teams to upload images, measurements, and complete their scope of work in real-time. These sessions are stored in your company's tenant. |
| Forms | A form refers to a checklist used to provide a project's requirements, allowing for users to associate files to each item within a session. There are multiple forms being utilized in sessions and have been designed to cover a range of projects. |
| Smart Forms | Smart Forms provide a range of options to select based on your scope of work, generating a series of additional checklists to then complete with photo or video requirements.
