A tenant refers to a unique location that you and your team are using to access sites within the Talon platform.
There are tenant names and tenant URLs. Both include the name of the company you are working for.
For Desktop Users
Desktop Users will utilize a tenant URL to access their company's tenant.
- A tenant URL is the domain for which the company you are working for to house all of their data.
- Example https://abcompany.collaboratecenter.com/
Desktop users may be asked to provide this information when submitting a ticket with our support team or meeting with a member of the Talon team. To share a tenant URL, you can copy and paste the URL from your address bar.
For Mobile Users
Mobile Users will utilize a tenant name to log into the mobile app. Once a mobile user has been invited to a session, the tenant will be available upon logging in.
- Tenant names will share the name of the company that you are working for.
- Example ABCompany
If there are no tenants available, the user has not yet been invited to a session.
